Founder, Whitney Roberts, was born with a passion for music, and feels extremely fortunate to spend her days doing what she loves.

She began her music career in college, having the opportunity to intern for EMI Music Distribution, working on the release and distribution of such albums as Amnesiac (Radio Head), Gorillaz (Gorillaz) and Discovery (Daft Punk).  While still in college, she went on to work as a field market rep for Palm Pictures records and repped albums for Zero 7 and 7 Channels.

She graduated with her BBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University in 2002 and worked in corporate marketing for several years in the financial and medical fields. 

In 2006, Whitney began working with Endicott & Company to lend a hand in the public relations efforts at Dallas's famed, Granada Theater.  This lead to a full-time position in 2007 as the Event Specialist at The Granada Theater, where she worked with such corporate clients as T-Mobile, The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, The Dallas Morning News, ENVY Magazine, SPCA, Heineken, Big Sky Media (Scion), The Hive (Jack Daniels), Live Retail Marketing (Camel), and worked with such artists as Kid Rock, Gretchen Wilson, Old 97s, Big Daddy Kane, The Black Crowes and Mix Master Mike.  This opportunity truly opened her eyes to event planning and booking from the venue perspective.

In the meantime, she was fortunate enough to meet lead-singer, drummer, Tim Smith, of the celtic rock band, The Killdares, and soon began her booking career.  Tim and Whitney worked together for several years booking and promoting The  Killdares, building a stellar reputation for the band throughout the nation.

Today, The Killdares top the Pink Moon Entertainment roster, along with The Invincible Czars, Phil Pritchett & The Full Band, John Pointer and Rattletree Marimba.

Whitney is proud to work with her roster of professional musicians who can play to any audience of any age at wide variety of venues from clubs to family festivals.
